I graduated from Gina’s School of Aesthetics in 2003. I am also a Registered Reflexology Practitioner with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario. I am currently studying Face Reflexology for Fibromyalgia.

SOUND BATH
Crystal sound bath therapy is a holistic healing practice that uses the vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls to promote deep relaxation and balance in the body and mind. During a session, participants lie down while the sound waves created by the bowls, made from quartz or other crystals, reverberate through the space, creating a soothing environment. These frequencies are believed to help align the body's energy centers, reduce stress, and enhance emotional well-being. The healing vibrations from the crystal bowls are thought to work on a cellular level, clearing blockages and restoring harmony, allowing for physical, emotional, and spiritual rejuvenation.

COVID Protocols
Spa Cleaning, Protocols and Procedures
Please cancel your appointment if you are feeling any COVID symptoms.
Face masks are optional. I am currently continuing to wear my mask during facial & brow services. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask and would like me to do the same, I am completely understanding and accommodating.
Steps to take for your appointment:
1. Please do not come if you feel unwell
2. Please wear a face mask (optional)
3. Please come alone to your appointment
4. Please use the hand sanitizer located inside my porch on your way in
5. Please use the provided hand sanitizer on your way out
I will be thoroughly disinfecting my treatment room, waiting room, bathroom and traffic areas in-between every client. I use PREempt, a Health Canada approved sanitizing product that removes viruses and pathogens. All linens are washed in hot water and dried on the hottest setting. As always, I will be washing my hands with care and I will also be wearing a face mask and any other required protective equipment. I am committed to doing everything I can to prevent the spread.
If you are feeling unwell please cancel your appointment. There will be no cancellation fee if you think you are feeling sick or have come into close contact with someone who is sick.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms or have come into contact with anyone who has any of these symptoms please cancel your appointment. Furthermore, for your safety and mine, I will cancel all appointments if I feel unwell or display any of these symptoms. If you have travelled recently or have come into contact with anyone who has travelled recently please cancel your appointment.
Please inform me immediately if you find out you or someone close to you has tested positive for COVID-19 after your visit to the spa, thank you! I will also notify all clients if I or anyone close to me becomes symptomatic.
Please try to arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time (I am trying to avoid any overlap) Upon your arrival I ask that you wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds (I also have hand sanitizer but I still prefer soap & water) For the benefit of everyone face masks are appreciated (I do have disposable masks available) Please do not bring your children or extra people to your appointment.
